i was gifted these words that must be shared

 i awoke feeling i had sooo much to do ...
and never enough time to accomplish even half ...
so now as i type this to share ...
Yesterday Morning i was gifted these words ...
as i ask for guidance ...
this came word by word not in a flurry ...  may this be helpful to and for you and your path ... enjoy

 life is one choice at a time 
 life is one breath at a time 
 life is one moment at a time  
 life is one step at a time 

Be fully present in each choice 
Be fully present in each breath 
Be fully present in each moment 
Be fully present in each step 
Be fully present in one's life 

Rushing does not mean you accomplish more 
Rushing means one can miss Important moments 
by not fully experiencing ... 
not fully absorbing ... 
the moment 
the wisdom 
the gift 
the Blessing 
the Love 
the treasure 
...a full luxurious breath contains everything ... 
Take in fully ... luxuriously ... Beautifully and completely ... 
then let it go ... 
In order to receive the next luxurious breath (a long pause) ... 
Meditate with this dear one, for there is Incredible Wisdom contained within this.

Blog's Title may have to change as i now live a life of miracles

This Blog's Title may have to change ... as in my working to regain Health,
 i have found hope
 i have found my heart opening
 i have found my Soul's Language
 i have found my Spiritual Teacher
 i have found Joy
 i have found Soul Family
 i have found a life full of  Miracles ...
 i am living a life full of Miracles  ...

Seems i will need to share this journey of how i came from no hope,
being so sick i would have to prop myself with pillows ...
with (throwing up more days in a month than not)
'my' bucket in my hands ...
to get on (what i refer to as my 'life-line') ...
the conference calls with healing practices and teachings ...
to now living a life of miracles ...

My next post is what inspired me to get blogging ...
for i believe EVERYONE can find their life of living miracles ...
